I’ve worked on both sides of the message.

With customers asking questions, teams delivering the service, and organizations deciding what to say.

I’m Gonçalo Elverson Quintino. I work in communications, brand and facilitation, bringing experience from international schools, nonprofits and businesses.

In Luanda, I built the function behind the message

Luanda International School · Communications Leadership

I built and led the school’s communications function, managing a six-figure budget and connecting brand, digital content and family engagement with admissions.

Through COVID, I led crisis communication and supported the school’s enrollment recovery alongside admissions and school leadership.

At JUMP!, the message needed to become participation.

JUMP! Foundation ·
Marketing & Communications Director

I led marketing and communications for a nonprofit working across more than ten countries, connecting its purpose with campaigns, content and programme recruitment.

A programme launch attracted over 150 participants and generated more than US$50,000 in revenue within three months.

Today, I work on the message. And in the room.

QV Studio · Independent Consultancy

Brand and digital projects for Odonata First Aid, NexGen Talent, Evok Jewellery and Shei Ascencio.

Communications strategy, student media teams mentoring, photography and video for the American International School of Lusaka’s hosting of AISA-GISS 2026, a pan-African student leadership and service summit.

And for the European Union Youth Sounding Board Zambia, a five-day workshop I designed and facilitated for 25 young people.

What do you need someone to take on?

A communications role in your team. A brand or digital project. A workshop that brings people into the conversation.
